Complaints appeals process
The Teachers TV Board of Governors operates a complaints appeals process for the channel.
Outlined below are the steps you can take if you need to make a complaint about the Teachers TV service.
1. . If you have a complaint about Teachers TV, you should first contact the service supplier directly.
2. If, after talking to Education Digital 2, you feel your complaint is not resolved, or you have been dealt with unfairly, you can write to the Teachers TV Board of Governors who operate a complaints appeals process. The Board of Governors represents all Teachers TV viewers.
3. If you are still unhappy after the Board has heard your appeal, you can complain further to Ofcom, the independent regulator for communications.
